Photo Diary: A Day Trip To Dublin | Blogmas Day 5

Spontaneous plans are my favourite thing, so me and my two besties went to Dublin for the day. Yes, for a day!

One night in the group chat and we was all bored trying to think up last minute plans for my birthday! We had a week to come up with a plan. We noticed that Ryanair had return flights to Dublin for £19.98 for December 5th. It was a 25 minute flight away, so we thought why not?! Ten minutes later and they had been booked!

Our Spontaneous Day In Dublin!

Our first flight was at 8:10am so we had to be at the airport at 5am, we thought it would be sensible to sleep all day / evening Monday & then meet at Lauren’s at 1am on the Tuesday morning. It wasn’t a good idea!

We didn’t have a plan at all, we spent the whole day winging it. We walked around all the shops, stopping in McDonalds every hour to moan about how tired we was & have a mini sit down break! Hahaha

Our Work is having an Elf on the shelf competition at the moment, so we took ours to Dublin!

We then spent the last part of the day walking around taking a million photos & trying to find a tattoo shop that accepted walk ins so we could get a spontaneous tattoo. Luckily we didn’t manage to get one hahaha!!

Our flight home was at 8:50pm so we made our way to the airport and waited for the journey home. Safe to say after 31 hours of being awake I passed out for a good sleep when I got home!!

I had the best spontaneous day in Dublin with my besties & I can’t wait for our next trip to London in 2 weeks!! I’ve never been so sociable and busy hahaha!!
