Okay so this was supposed to be my April roundup post, as I had every intention of getting back into blogging at the start of May but that didn’t happen! Since we’re now halfway through May, I thought I should probably update you all on my life and why I disappeared from my blog for a few weeks. This past month has been very weird. There has been a lot of ups and downs and not a lot of blog posts!
I lost a lot of motivation for a lot of things, my blogs been all over the place and so has my health! But I’ve made some fun memories and learnt some lessons, so lets go!
My life runs in a routine of college, work, sleep, repeat! It isn’t fun.
I’ve been doing a lot of overtime in work this month to start saving money, hence the lack of time to focus on my blog. I hate college, the teachers are so unhelpful and simply could not care less about my health situation! But i’ve got three weeks left, so I’m sucking it up and getting on with it because at least i’ll have an Art Foundation Diploma at the end of it!
I’ve missed my blog so much, I love blogging and this is something I want to do forever! I can’t wait to finish college, so I have all day everyday to focus on my blog and make my content as good as I want it to be!
My health isn’t too good at the moment, although it is better than it was! We’ve – kind of – gotten to the bottom of what’s wrong with my heart and I’m now waiting round until my appointment in the Neurology clinic (June 26th) to figure out all the rest!
On a good note I’ve made some fun memories the past month too, we had our works night out which was fun! I went to Alton Towers, As well as other nights out and days spent with family, which are so important!! I also got a new tattoo, which I am obsessed with!!
The day this post goes up (May 21st) is also the day me and Charlie have been together two years!
I am so lucky to have someone who makes me sooo happy and supports me in everything I do! I can’t wait for a million more years<3
Starting with the goals I made in March, guess what? I failed at them all!!
My first goal was to get ahead with college work – this didn’t happen. I lost all motivation with college a long time ago, I’m not behind on work but i’m not ahead either! But with only 3 weeks to go I need to get my ass into gear and get that diploma!
My next goal was to keep on top of my blog, another thing that didn’t happen! I lost all motivation with my blog this month, there has been so many distracting things this month, as well as a few negative things, it just put me right off! As well as sleepless nights leading to very unproductive days, which just made me even less motivated!
My third goal was to save money, haha next joke!
Finally, I said I wanted to get back into a routine with my weightloss, another thing that hasn’t happened! My health is still up and down so i’ve been as much junk food as I can handle and having a pity party for one in my bedroom!!
So, not good on the goals so far! But this month I am determined to get back to it and find my motivation again.
So, setting goals for this month! Some are gonna be the same as the last ones, but we’ll add a few new ones into the mix!
1 – Get back on track with my blog!
2 – Start Slimming World and get body confident again!
3 – SAVE MONEY!!!
4 – Experiment with my blog photography more
5 – Join a gym!
I tried to keep this post short and simple, but I can ramble on for hours!
